Motivation

When you are a student at a university, you are in command of your own studies. No one checks to see whether you've studied enough, if you've attended classes, or if you've turned in your assignments. It is your job to learn something, and it is a huge responsibility on your shoulders. Therefore, to be motivated is a crucial factor and a requirement for successfully completing a university degree. When you are motivated, you will find it easy to stay focused over a period of time. When you are not motivated, you will not only find it difficult to stay focused, but you will find it difficult to get started in the first place.
